Following Njal, Danica was a bit shocked by the speed at which she had been selected for a task such as this one. True, she had little qualms about showing these wolves the what for, but she was so fresh to these lands. There was prior bad blood here, a past that she had no part in whatsoever. Mayhaps this was in part a test of her loyalty, for there was logic in that. If she successfully aided in chasing these enemies away from, well, not their lands, then she truly was loyal to Fox and the pack by extension. She thought it strange that, with all of the packs in the surrounding area, Fox would choose to take issue with this one. This was the closest, though, and again, that feeling of bad blood.

Moving as silently as she could, a feat made easier by her smaller size, Danica stayed somewhat close to their fearless leader. The plan really was simple enough... not very elegant, but it would serve. She felt a bit of resistance to the idea of not separating. What if the situtation changed? She had been alone for so long, it wasn't as if she couldn't handle it. But this was hardly the time to argue, so she bit it back. She did like the idea of tampering with their lands, chasing them out in a less direct approach. Now that was more like it. Using their heads instead of boorishly running in and attempting to force them physically to relocate. Bloodshed was all well and good, but oftentimes unnecessary and much more messy in the long run.

Senses alert for any sign of strangers, stored reserves, or general abnormalities, she smiled. Oh but it was good to run with a pack again.
