Fun always manages to tire the body. That was true when she came home from her date with Majesty last night. They both had fun then: chasing each other around playfully, hunting, sitting together underneath the stars and telling stories. She came back home late, a few hours before dawn and she managed to get a few winks before she was summoned.

The summons was from Jinx's mate and Beta, Lecter. The old man struck her as the cranky kind, and even crankier still ever since he got that leg injury. His howl was sharp and not to be denyed, so as tired as she was she got up and headed towards him.

He was near the border, his tail lashing angrily. Erika's eyes widened a bit when she realized that he must have smelled her comings and goings. Trying not to betray her anxiety, she flattened her ears in submission and lowered her body. "Yes, Monsieur? What did you summon me for?"
