She was answered with a low growl. Erika stole a glance upwards to see him, only to be greeted with his cold, icy silence. The silence remained until he finally spoke. She kept her face still as he questioned her on her constant border hopping and did not flinch when he strode forward and moved closer, baring yellow fangs. And do not lie to me.

She answered him cooly. "I 'ave been exploring ze Teekon Wilds, Monsieur. I 'ave only seen so much of ze area, so I decided to look around some more. I only make quick forays zough." She was amazed at home calmly she spoke her lie. Her upbringing made her a horrible liar, prone to stammering and unconcious ticks. But now she could lie with ease; was it because she rarely felt any guilt for seeing Majesty? Perhaps it is guilt that makes a bad liar.
