He does not notice the girl nearly run into him but as soon as he makes a sound, she bounces back and lowers into downward dog. Arlo’s tail thumps harder and he twists his lanky frame until he’s up sternal with his knees locked, rump slightly raised. It surprised him that she does not shy away so he puts a playful smile to rest on his muzzle and twists his head once and barks. Not loudly, not enough to rattle the inside of the cavern, but enough to blow back a little force and playful enough that he hopes isn’t misunderstood. Quickly, he follows it with a second movement and swat of his paw that comes thundering down in front of her to invite her forward.
