Dragoncrest Cliffs young and hungry

This is back dated roughly ~2 weeks.

A rabbit hangs from his jaws as he slips through Hougeda, passing by the few wolves that lingered there. Julep’s existence in the secluded beach hadn’t gone through the pack undetected but the Heda had kept her from meeting the others. For whatever reason, he doesn’t try to guess, he instead works his shift at keeping guard and bringing her food whenever she needed it. It isn’t enough to take too much from Drageda and the growing puppies they’ve housed but it’s enough to get her another few days as she continues to heal and recover from the wrath of the ocean. He’d made a point to keep quiet upon his shifts to guard her.

As he nears, he dismisses Hush with a slight wave of his nose before he approaches the cave. It’s far enough along the beach to prevent her from getting to Hougeda and difficult enough that she can’t escape, either. Arlo drops the rabbit at the opening of the small cave (more like a small crevice that’s just @Julep-sized) and nudges it close before he settles down in the sand.
