Chusi snorted, vaguely recalling her monster mother. Her father? She had never even known him. What a shitty man he must have been. Tell meh 'bout it. She smirked then. She didn't mind joking about her biological parents, mainly because she was not emotionally attached to them. If she had spoken this way about Arturo, she would have thrown herself off of the Vale's highest cliff. She was allowed to doubt him, but offend his honour? Make him seem bad on other wolves' eyes? She had wanted to seem strong in Genie's eyes, but her friend saw right through her. Not that Chusi was a locked book - hell, she'd open up after just a little bit of conversation.
