Well crap, the black wolf who took off after Danica was faster than she looked. Danica knew that there was no way that she was going to be able to do anything without a fight, for if she stopped to wreak havoc, Viatrix would surely catch her and put a stop to it. Instead she took stock of the area. She thought she caught a scent and narrowed her eyes, taking a mental note of where she was at should they attempt to come back. Much as she wanted to, she knew this wasn't the time or place for a fight. Njal probably wouldn't like it much.
