In the span of a single day, he’d gone from search-party-of-one to a member of Drageda—almost a member, that is. Although he was a part of them, he wasn’t yet one of them. That was a place in life that he’d abandoned long ago when he had decided to leave with Freyja. Now that he was back, he had to earn his way, prove to Heda that he belonged there. So he obeyed her orders, keeping to the outskirts of the territory. Keeping to himself wasn’t a new concept, much of his youth having been spent living just as he currently was. Still, he was curious. Not only of the new territory but of everyone that called it home. How many faces had he never seen before?

Shaking his head, Hvitserk plopped himself down on the cold ground, a sigh pushing passed his lips as he did so. Almost immediately after he laid down, he pushed himself back up to his feet and began walking, not wanting to keep still.
