She expected the other wolf to come at her again, but if she didn't then she'd expect her to move along. The stranger did neither, instead seeming to be hesistant to leave yet hesitant to fight. It irked her that the other wolf took on a dominant posture, so she did the same, raising her lengthy tail as high as it could go. When she circled around and left an opening, Theia gladly moved herself to be over the carcass again, though she ensured that her back was never fully turned to the stranger.

If this fool wanted to come at her again then so be it. She would greet the wolf with open jaws and relentlessly attack the same spot to cause as much pain as possible, but only if she came at her. Theia just wanted something to fill her stomach, at this point. This particular carcass wasn't even a prime one, but it was a combination of her hunger and her stubbornness that kept her rooted here.
