Emberwood today we will survive

       They had been walking in silence for a while now. The other wolf seemed to be lost in thought and Nara didn't want to disturb her. She was grateful she wasn't alone. But the walking had made her slow and sleepy.
       She was alerted from her drowsy state when Theia's posture suddenly changed and an anxious feeling passed down her back. Before she could see what had alarmed Theia, the wolf was already backing away. Nara's nose prickled and she could smell the scent of another wolf, maybe more, but there was something much more distinct. Blood. What did you see?, she asked Theia hurriedly.
