Vela glanced up from her wrestle with Jarilo when her mother called out. She almost didn't want to because she was suspicious that he would attack her. But when the attack didn't come she scrambled to her own feet and sat down. She listened intently to her mother. She nodded when her mother advised her to fight many people.
