Dragoncrest Cliffs can't you just let them grow?

Her nose wiggles at the Shouna‘s greeting, briefly tossing her an awkward hallway smile before letting the corners of her mouth slink downwards into a tight-lipped frown. Her head gives a slow, single nod in response to the question and she finds herself glancing away for a moment to gather her thoughts. So then this, whatever it may be, wasn’t unusual? “Heda’s was similar not long ago” she thinks aloud, pointing out what had probably already been obvious to the pallid woman. She turns back, half expecting some form of agreement while half expecting silence. 

She barely gives time for the response she seeks before dropping to her haunches, momentarily shifting around until she finds a comfortable position. She had no idea if the Shouna had other intentions for the day, but Rose for one had recently found a bunch of free time on her hands and, with nothing better to do, figured this interaction would at least would keep her entertained for the time being. Even if the atmosphere was a bit suffocating. And besides, she knew little about Tirgatao but the Kru was well aware that the woman was wise and as a pilomath, Rose saw an endless source of knowledge before her. 

She sucks in a breath, head feeling as if it was spinning in circles while trying to come up with some explanation for the strange scent. “Are you ill?” she questions then, worry briefly washing over her. If this was the case then she’d gladly come up with some concoction to try and cure whatever it may be that is plaguing the pale woman, but if not, well then she’d still probably try to come up with some way to nullify the effects because why not?
