The reassurance was nice and certainly appreciated, but the moment had already passed. Besides, swimmng was something that Droman preferred to do on his own; when there was no one else around, it was easier to hear the ocean and understand what it said. Other wolves made too much noise and scared the spirits away, and Dro liked them too much to purposefully put them through that.
It's really okay, he laughed, hoping that their conversation would soon come to a close,
You guys can go, but I think I'm gonna head back in-land.
