Determined to not have their milestone marred by bad luck, he kept them close and passed a look to his mate and yearling daughter before starting to usher them forward once more. Thankfully he was met with positive reviews so far. He did wonder what Dacio intended to do with his treasures, but made no mention of it for the time. "Well good. I think you'll like it there.. there's a lot to do and more wolves to meet, of course." The basics of the move were probably all he could hope to instill into them before the actual process began; they knew this was where the rest of the pack usually stayed, and that they would be with them more now. Of course, considering the nature of her profession and her storage needs, Portia kept a den year round, and he was sure the little ones would inevitably drift between the two with their mother.. so he wasn't a complete end. But, he would gladly see them up and out, beyond the tiny circle of their immediate family and beyond into what was their pack.
He boofed and jogged on, faster now and with a happily waving tail punctuating his every move. Moments later, the last stretch of route was just ahead. "We can let the pack know, come on," the pale-coated wocha encouraged before he tipped his head back for a deep howl of his own to say they were on their way, if anyone was going to be around to greet them. He hadn't exactly been discrete in making sure all was settled here leading up to this, so many would know this was coming--as for how soon, well, they had largely just decided that today. When the foliage the marked the entrance came into view, he was sure to help them make quick work of the trip.
Just beyond the threshold, he encouraged the pups to explore and take it all in as he worked them all towards the cavern. Many vaguely unfamiliar scents surely littered the pathway in, so he wanted to let them get thoroughly acquainted before the more formal welcomes could begin. Plus, he knew Wildfire's brood were usually around these spaces too. He wasn't going to be surprised to see them next.
