Fireblaze was sitting all alone, staring out at the sea, when she thought of having a mate. Ash would be good. He was nice, and seemed to have his eyes on her. She wondered if he would ever love her like she loved him. The waves crashed against the beach, their sound soothing.
Eventually, she stopped staring out to the sea waves as she saw movement in one of the caves. Trekking down to the beach, Fireblaze saw the movement again. It was a gray wolf. Ash. She yelped with joy, racing over to him. "Hi," she breathed. "How are you, Ash?"
