Aww, poor Ragnar. Lol. Also, I’m assuming I don’t have to match your length because otherwise, good luck with that. >.< Oh also, sorry I took so long to respond. I took an unintentional break from Wolf on Friday except then I was gone from my house all day yesterday because I went to a bonfire. Boyfriend and I had to sit there from like 9am to 2pm while his mother and the rest of the family/friends brought back food and chairs and firewood to the bay, then I didn’t get home till almost 11pm. Also, I’m assuming it’s… nighttime? Right? Because mention of stars?

Red was on an unintentional Outrider mission once again. Except this time, she had been gone for over a day. She had decided to see just how far west she could go, and had ended up way farther than she had ever planned on being. So far west, in fact, that now it was nighttime on the second day of her journey and she was staring the ocean in the face. How on Earth she had traveled so far she didn’t know, other than to guess that she was just as restless as ever, and her Coyote blood gave her the ability to travel as nomads do — which is to say, constantly.

Now here she was, staring at the black and distant horizon in the night, where one could only tell the difference between the sea and sky by where the stars began. If Red could walk on water, she would have, just to move past the ocean to see the land on the other side. This urge… this affliction that caused her to need to explore was costing her time with her packmates, but there didn’t seem to be much she could do about it. And what was the point, anyways, since she was a terrible speaker and always seemed to have a hard time getting her point across to anyone besides a select few individuals?

She sighed and sat down in the sand of the southwestern edge of what she did not know was called the Sea Lion Shores. So lost in her thoughts was she that she did not notice the scent of another wolf nearby…
