Haunted Wood the devil took him to a very high mountain

the raven squawked in disdain, extending it's wings and flapping twice to propel itself off of the ground and into the air a few feet. it hovered there, like a reaper ready to swipe the scythe and sow what was earned. the dark-winged bird was not about to give up that easily.

the larger of the two wolves stepped forward and aimed with a paw to swat at the bird. valac rose once more, using the advantage of flight to rise above the brute. the raven aimed with careful precision at the wolf and attempted to latch sharp claws to the flesh of the predator's muzzle. valac was not pleased with the wolves and it was not likely to back down so easily.
