There were a breathless few seconds when Treason surged forward and used her teeth to try and pull the deer down from its non-injured side. Breccan nearly stopped running entirely as he watched her, but when the animal managed to keep its feet and continue running despite her attack, he resumed his pace with extra determination. He wasn't bold enough to make a concentrated effort like hers, but he gave a few snaps of his own teeth near its hocks.
