The mountain range, while certainly appealing in location, was not ideal for the development of her coven. They were forest dwellers by heart after all and the idea of claiming a land so rugged and demanding was not of her interest. She sought lush and flourishing woodlands instead, for it was there the spirits tended to be more receptive and communicative and she, a woman chasing the divines, desired to please all members who pledged themselves to the way of the magick.

And so it was from the peak she descended - her attention set on a rich patch of timberland as she made her way to the base of the mountain, eventually landing herself smack in the heart of said forest. The air was thick with the scent of feline and any hope she might have clung to plummeted along with her eagerness to explore the territory. So with a disheartened sigh the faery continued to press forward, attention now set to discover the lake she'd spotted on her journey down the mountain.
