It had begun. Unknowingly he decided to craft his own game of ‘Who could lie the most?’ not even considering that she might have partaken in the running with him in her statement.

The Ray listened to it, thinking it might have been him alotting much more info than he would typically have given a woman. She thought his rearing lush- it made a smile crisply smother his lips as he gave a cheeky look to the fae. “A male’s upbringing is never lush. The rigor of not only learning your place against the others, of being mindful of a code to uphold the customs, to keep the women safe- none of it is easy. Then to be kept in place until your time comes..” he shook his maned crown once as though it was more of a burden than a blessing.

His startling ceruleans came to glance at the colder azures of the woman. A look crossed it- something close to him trying to decide whether it was beneficial or not to just hand over something as powerful as a name, a title.
When in all reality, he couldn’t care less, unless something of a travesty came to crash on him.
In which case he wouldn’t want her to even know he existed.
