All Welcome
The water was fluid as it always had been on the girl's back. Undoubtedly, the waves were few and far between here, but she could make do. They rolled seamlessly across her back before breaking just at the bridge of her dorsal fin; it was almost elegant. With an s-shaped dive, she moved through the water, moving to the right and then the left, before diving down and touching the sand that decorated the new lands that had entranced her. Echolocation aided in the reasoning of why she had come here - the exact reason was unknown, however. It had not been long since she had departed from her pod and Amphitrite couldn't help but wonder how much of the world generations upon generations of dolphins and creatures missed out on since they were so hardily determined to remain on the same path of migrations.

To the north to feed, then the south. Repeat.

Seven and a half years of the same routine was enough for the white-sided dolphin to move on. Despite how much she adored her pod, there wasn't much room in the improvement of their structures, still- she missed the company and the games that were put together. The conversations. Not raising any calves herself and just entering the state of her prime, the girl did not wish to contribute any more to the mass of too-many individuals that surrounded the murky waters of her home. She doubted anyone would miss her - her mother had a calf every single year; if she hadn't left, it was almost certain that she would have the same fate.

Raising to the surface, she took a breath - streams of waters blowing out of her air hole.

She hadn't realized how awfully close to the shore she had been so, with a few beats of her tail, she began to move a few feet deeper. Trees, odd, tall things that sheltered the mystery that lay behind them. Were there more trees? Was there an endless ocean on the other side too? What of the four-legged and winged creatures that harbored them? She began to aimlessly drift before eventually diving to the bottom and, at last, sprinting to the top before breaking through and spinning as she had done countless times before. Anything to take her mind off of the loneliness.
