Steady foot falls filled the ears of the wanderer, the snap of twigs and crunch of grass below his paws had been his only companion for a long time, not that he minded.

The moment he entered the Teekon wilds he had sized up all he could see and went toward the mountains, the first mountain he came to was abandoned from that vantage point he had found another place to rest his paws. With a crooked smile upon his maw he headed in that direction knowing whom he'd find there; his scent crisscrossed these wilds.

Heavy paws took him far across the land, he had almost been fooled by his eyes, from the top of silver tip mountain the sunspire mountains seemed closer, yet they still loomed over head and seemed no closer by night fall. He'd have to make camp and continue in the morning.

As the first light inked across the sky he climbed out of the crudely dug den and gave his body a good shake loosing dirt and debris, they only time his path erred from the destination in mind was to track a rabbit into a thicket and mercifully end it's life.
