Would she have come to the sea?
He didn't know. In his search for his wife he had come to realise he didn't know much about the woman he became mated to. He didn't know her family, her history, her troubles, what she dreamed of. How had he invested so little care into her? Why? These thoughts plagued him as his paws carried him down the cliffs and toward the sand, the sound of waves catching his attention. He looked off into the horizon and spotted what he thought to be Wheeling Gull. He ached for Seelie, he yearned for the love and affection of family that she always gave him. He knew he was an adult now but even so...he wished someone would hold him.
As he tore his watery gaze away from the waves he spotted the female, wandering the sand. With no leads to go off of all he could do was ask around and keep searching. Perhaps this woman had seen Aliac though he felt in his heart that she was gone. He started toward the stranger calling out "Hello miss!" he gave his tail a few slow wags to show he didn't mean any harm and when he got close enough for conversation he paused.
