At least being held captive is better than nothing, the dark agouti male followed the Alpha into the territory. In time, perhaps he would earn his way into being a full member of the pack. But for now, he would content himself with just being somewhere in a pack, even if it was just as a captive. The dark male's golden eyes started wandering again, unfocused as he thought about other things. And wondering if things would have turned out different if he didn't trespass, probably yes.

Ah well, hopefully he would be freed. But these things took time and patience, and he was willing to sacrifice those to get accepted again. Though, he chuckled softly, it would be extremely hard for him to not cause trouble.
