Sleep and food, food and sleep. The staples of life, such as they were. Morena was content to eat her fill and sleep it off in something of an endless cycle. Today was no different; she had finished her meal by finding a nice spot to curl up in, content with the warmth of the den. She probably would have fallen asleep right there, but something bumped into her, ruining naptime.

She cried her squeaky protest, not that she could hear it, and squirmed around until she got a nose full of her brother's scent. Oh, was it play time? She flailed tiny limbs in excitement.
