Wild Berry Meadow Her light is diminished

As she was through with her wallowing in self pity she heard the voice of a male wolf and at first she he thought it was someone from her pack wishing to encourage her to return to them but as she turned around she noticed it wasn’t and she couldn’t help but feel a little bit relieved, she wasn’t too keen on having to explain her reason for her departure.

The stranger seemed friendly enough and seemed to be respectful of boundaries and she returned his greeting with a soft smile. “Hello. Not at the moment. Haven’t really caught the scent of something of interest.” Or at least something that she could take down on her own. Hunting wasn’t really her best strong suit at the moment anyway. Mice were too small, rabbits too fast and well deer were to big for the inexperienced shewolf to take down on her own. Fishing was definitely out of the question as well; that was another thing that striked her as odd when she lived amongst Kaistleoki; they were overly fond of fish which wasn’t her taste at all.
