Thistle had been watching as well and noticed the small seemingly flawless turn towards a different way than when they had come. And Thistle truly did not care if he took a slave, it was his and her culture now, a way of life and she knew very well that he missed raiding, that he needed to fill that void and if by taking slaves and captives helped to do so, she was all for it. She did not wish him unhappy.

Thistle saw her bolt and she as smaller and more nimble of paw than her husband so she ran forward ears back and a snarl in her maw. She made a loop to get in front of the girl, having smaller stature than both of them. She would come around the front to snap at the girls other side if her husband didn't knock her to the ground first, not that he needed her help, but she would offer it all the same.
