Hushed Willows this day aria

Ulysses’ other worldly eyes peer at her. They seem to be watching her every move as she approaches the wolf dog. His pupils nothing but pinpricks in the harsh lighting, highlighting the black of his sclera and the bone white of his iris. A mutation he gained while in the ruined city he used to live in for so many years. His immense size is also a factor of the mutation, he wasn’t always this big.

He listens to her speak about the separation of her family and he feels for her. He too had been separated from family. As she tells him, he can tell she’s eyeing him down. Uly knows it’s not malicious, it seems more like she’s taking in his features. She’s probably never seen something such as him before; most haven’t.

“Ah.” He says easily with a curt nod of his head, acknowledging her explanation of why she’s here. Then he can’t help but blink and tilt his head for just a second, briefly confused when she mentions she’s ‘easy’. 

She corrects herself and it makes Ulysses bark out a solid, deep laugh. “I understand.” He chuckles. “My name is Ulysses. Nice to make your acquaintance.” Accent rich and voice deep, his tail wagging just slightly.
