It was the first voice he had heard in all his time . . . here. The womb of the mountains as they would call it, quieted with the expection of throaty breaths and sweltering bodies pressed 'gaisnt frost and ground. He wished to answer him with a title, but a misshapen memory had no dubbing to provide.
