the duality of puppy — both rage-filled and humored, famine couldn't decide how to react. he initially rejected the motion with a loud whine, but was then taken hostage by hysterics.
eventually, clarence did let him go. after taking a moment to compose himself, famine stood on shaky legs and frowned at his once-friend. how could clarence betray him like this, embarrassing him out in the open? and to top everything off, he still hadn't gotten to eat!
there was time for one last blow before the tears started to come. famine barreled forward with his eyes set on clarence's thigh.
