Their mention of a forming pack did little to stick to his thoughts other than noting that he would be staying away from the "silver river". He wasn't exactly in a place to be inserting himself into risky business. Not yet at least.

He then followed their gaze to the north, narrowing upon the forests that spilled over the distance. What stops you? He asked softly, rhetorically, only allowing a moment of silence before he continued. The same thing that stops me- absolutely, nothing.
