"Dens to dig, caches to fill, herbs to find," said the healer. He smiled, "Been busy haven't you?" he murmured with a slight tilt of his head. His silver gaze warmed-something that rarely happened- as she sank onto her belly and moved closer and leaned against him. He kissed her gently on her forehead as he rested his head on top of her crown, curling his tail around her body. "Do you really want to know?" he murmured softly, leaning down to brush his nose gently across her pale cheek.
"Didn't you miss me too? he asked, his eyes sought out Paar's bright copper ones. She was perfection, her crimson coat burning fiery red in the afternoon sun and her pale body glowing as the sun cast dappled shadows over her. He wrapped his limbs around her body, hugging her close. He didn't know if he would have made it so far if Paar had chose to stay with Bazi and the Creek, he didn't even know if he would be able to journey over to the Bypass, much less gather followers.
