Danica couldn't help but grin as the normally taciturn Njal made his speech. Short and to the point but rather touching and heartfelt... it was quite cute really. Then he departed with his pups, leaving the rest of them to - find dens?

Not really Danica's style, since she was more of a sleep-under-the-stars type girl, so she instead simply wandered a ways off, then flopped down within the forest at the base of the glacier. With a tree at her back, she gazed up at the stars, enjoying the feel of the cool earth beneath her. There was promise to this new home.
