"Though a person I recently met described her ideal pack the same way someone would describe their perfect partner," she was referring to the encounter with Keyni. "That's a way to look at it, but - in my humble opinion - makes pack searching way too hard. Having low expectations has helped me in most cases - far less disappointment." 

They chatted for a while longer and then left on good terms.
