Whitefish River Misty Morning

The whistling of wings drew Koda's attention to a pair of ducks flying overhead. He turned his head to watch the birds splash down into the water, and as he did he saw something big and black in his peripheral vision. His heart skipped as he realized a wolf was following him.

Koda turned to face the stranger. "Enjoying the view?" He asked, hoping his sarcasm would mask his surprise. "How long have you been following me?"
