Otter Creek Snake-eyes

Falwasi trotted up to the unknown territory's border, sniffing at it. She had left Blackfoot Forest and travelled across two steep mountains surrounding a valley, avoiding the snowy caps in hope to find someplace new. The brown-hued wolf had become familiar with the land of which Swiftcurrent Creek's wolves lived in, and had decided to make her way across Teekon Wilds to discover where the other packs were based, and most importantly, who they were.

She had enjoyed her trip to the new land, she had plenty of energy to help her climb the steep mountains and she had time alone to think about her plans for the future. She would want to go visit her brother soon. Maybe in another month, or two. He deserved to know how she was doing after she had left out of the blue without any warning or goodbye.

Walking forwards, Fal's ears perked up as she heard wolves speaking ahead. She soon spotted them: a sleek black wolf, looking almost purple from the glare of the sun, and a delicate deep grey/black wolf with silver enhancements. They seemed busy — the air was tense, so even though Falwasi was in plain sight, and she padded away from the creek, making her way back towards the Creek and away from the two she-wolves she did not recognize.
