She wasn't even sure if Nerian could back talk him so and not feel his wrath. She had remembered the day that she had been hurt and Nerian had stood up for her. Ragnar had been displeased and told them both there would be consequences. However, for her they never came. She smiled in a purely feminine way when he hummed in his throat, pleased as punch that she could always make him take pause.
