Falwasi returned her attention to Scimitar after having quietly scanned over the mentioned ebony male supposedly called 'Cadfael', who she hadn't payed much attention to since the beginning of the meeting. He must've annoyed Scimitar, who the young wolf had been looking at since the start. She was intent on knowing the answer to the question on everyone's minds, and the one who would announce it would be the agouti. She furrowed her eyebrows a little as the Beta started talking, careful to not miss any detail.

“Bazi has decided to step down from leadership." Falwasi's eyes slowly widened in surprise. He really decided to cut to the chase. Although she had only been living in the Creek for a month, Falwasi had firmly established that Bazi was the Alpha... So it came to her as a shock that now, Bazi wasn't the Alpha anymore.
