Redhawk Caldera turning to ash

There was a smile! That was good. The curling of the red-furred Fox at least brought some form of repose to Siv. She breathed a sigh of relief and her stringy muscles managed to relax slightly. It was when the Alpha female remarked that their pack could very well be in need of a fisher that Siv’s ears shot forward with excitement. That was it; that was the defining moment for the young coywolf. She had spent a great deal of her life in search of her father, and while she was still an adolescent, there had always been a need for something greater. The Caldera was an opportunity for her to grow into her own being. Fox offered an invitation to mark the borders. Siv felt her heart skip a little at the thought of it. “Oh, shucks, yeah I’d love to,” Siv responded with a quick nod of her narrow skull and a wide, toothy grin. She felt the brush of Fox’s rusty pelt against her own and was suddenly aware of how fast her heart was racing. That was it, though; she was going to be a member of… her ears twisted in the direction of Fox, listening to her introduction of the pack lands. Redhawk Caldera; Siv beamed at her new leader with wide eyes. “Redhawk Caldera? What a kickass name,” she remarked excitedly. Siv then followed with her eyes to where the top of the mountain did appear to be severed and frowned. Glancing back towards Fox, she winced at the sight of her limp. “Ouch! It didn’t scuff you up too badly did it?” the coywolf inquired carefully.
