Boartusk Heights Let's Go Up In Flames

This thread is set a month post the last thread with Leonidas and Dysis. Two weeks past her thread in Verdant Basin. @Leonidas

The prior weeks had gone by with a fair amount of uneventfulness. The large female had moved on from the watering hole in pursuit of a vantage of these new lands, and Dysis had now taken up temporary residence in the jagged heights. An overhang with dried grasses beneath it was more than satisfactory for her. If she neared the edge, the seemingly endless lands sprawled out before her, and the visibility put her at ease. The environment was slightly cold for her velveteen pelt, but she paid it no heed in the scheme of her priorities.

The rainy days had stretched on persistently in the spring months, and the demoness had tried her best to wait them out before attempting to quenched her aching stomach. A dry hunt was not to be. Dysis left the comfortable oasis of her residence in pursuit of a meal. A strategy that was only put into play by necessity. The water from the skies were quick to drench her pelt as she went, and a bone chilling cold had set in before long. 

The front half of her body was a welcome accessory among the rocks. It made the prospect of food much easier in the mountains than it had been in the plains, and it was not long before violet eyes landed on her quarry. A young boar roamed freely about the rocks, rooting to it's hearts content, unaware of the danger that lie mere meters away. The large female silently placed herself on the well worn trail it seemed to be inching closer to, but she remained unaware to the large figures behind her. The sound of their teeth chomping in warning drowned out with the pouring rain.
