Jace had not been enraged at all, when he had spoken of the casual way with which the other had said such crude words. If he had been enraged there would be blood on the ground. It had been mostly annoyance, but he couldn't control what another thought or felt about him, and frankly he didn't care. It hurt his pride a little bit, while at the same time he wanted to make it better, mostly for his sister's sake.
