Wanderers, that's what all wolves appear to be. She assumes that even if bound by a pack it is nearly impossible to stay within the territory for long. But how can so many wolves leave their packs? If her past Alpha had not abandoned them and the pack had stayed together, then Rain would have defended them till she had died. Were there a lot of packs having difficulties? If she were an Alpha, she would do everything to keep her pack together, so why did other leaders allow their wolves to leave or let their packs die?
