Although she still felt the fur along her spine lifting and bristling ever so slightly, Pied relaxed slightly. Still, when she regarded Rob, her expression was rather cold.

"If you knew that, why would you talk to me like that?" she questioned, her voice thick with disapproval. "My mate would tear out your throat if he heard you speaking to me that way." She chuffed, nostrils flaring agitatedly.
