It didn’t take long before a sound from behind startled the coywolf girl. Her name – familiar on the lips of their alpha – rang through the air and forced Siv to a complete halt. She turned her attention towards the dark-furred male. As he neared her, he made a remark mentioning how happy he was to see her. The female’s tail flagged wildly at this and a wide grin split her features. “Happy to see you too, Boss,” she returned with a bob of her head. He then went on to say that their pack had become something of a ghost-town. She nodded in response to him and frowned a bit. “Yeah, I’ve noticed a severe lack in bad-asses around here and it’s pretty sad.”
The caldera was her home, and she would – in no way – abandon it. Siv felt as though she’d made a life-long pledge to the wolves of that pack. Perry and Fox were considered a part of her family. Her long ears perked at his question and within a matter of moments, she found herself growing anxious again. “Well, you see, I’ve been pondering on your suggestion for a trade and it’s been drivin’ me bonkers. I think I definitely want to take you up on your offer for mentorship, though,” the girl responded swiftly. “What about you? You and the lady talkin’ about pups yet?”
