There was a very peculiar smell left behind where the young wolf stooped to sniff, and Saleem had to admit that it did something to him. He'd left @Sylianos behind for the day, knowing his brother needed more rest with his bunged-up leg. For the most part, he'd kept a low profile, not interacting with the others in Verapaz and sticking to his twin's side, breaking away only to grab food for the two of them.
