With a shake of her pelt, Tethys silently acknowledged the grayling male as he padded down the cold sand. The air was whipping about, from slow lulls to sharp breaths across the ocean. Glancing at him with a speculative blue eye, the female nodded.

You said you wanted a test? she asked. They had a conservation awhile back, while Nishu was in the throes of his training. The raven female found herself brooding over what appropriate test she could throw at him to prove himself worthy. Tethys had already noticed the brute's devotion to the well being of the pack, and it was suitable enough for her. But perhaps it would be interesting to see just what could be thrown at the unyielding male...


Swimming had comes naturally to Tethys, and in fact, many of the dwellers of Ankyra. But she had noticed Nishu's aversion to water, something not uncommon with lupines raised inland. If he wanted to prove himself, he would prove himself under the guidelines of a true sea wolf.
