Don't reply to this. Flash WILL be back in a week or so
. It was time. He knew it was now the time to leave Noctisardor Bypass. The wind in his fur, he leaped past everything he knew and arrived at the border faster than what he think would have been possible. Guts told him that somehow this was the right moment to leave.
He looked back at the forest he had come to love. It's not like I won't be back...right? He thought nervously as the forest seem to call him a traitor. When he come back, would they welcome him? Or would they push him out and call him a coward. To be honest, he was a coward. But the plains in front of him seem so much more tempting.
He took a step forward, crossing over the scent line. With no time to spare, he hopped onto a flat rock above him and sent up a message. Wait for me. I'll be back. If Shadow came back when he was gone, Flash trusted Creyr to pass on his message to him. But... if Creyr never got his message...
He could only hope Shadow wouldn't be disappointed in him. Flash had tried so had to impress the silver male, even forming what he would like to think as a brotherly bond with him. But the silver male left him, too soon, too early. Leaving the sun-touched male to feel abandoned once more.
He shook himself out of the thoughts. There was no time to lose. He would be back. And somehow, he knew he had found a family here. He would like to think of this as a little vacation. He looked back at the forest he had just left. This was home. But he needed a little break. Flash turned his head and started padding towards the unknown plains satisfied with his choice.
