Through a veil (Any healers?)

His heart skipped a beat as the beautiful female approached. Half from surprise, and half from...something else. She seemed to be a liquid shadow, dark and graceful.
Crescendo lowered himself into a painful submissive position. "Greetings, honorable Alpha." His peircing gaze moved across her body before coming to rest just below her eyes. "It is truly a honor to be part of the most powerful pack in the Wilds." He hated to rush their first meeting, but the pain of his wounds urged him to ask for help. "A member of your pack told me of a healer here...?"

He hated asking for help. Hated being helpless. Luckily his shoulder wound was not as bad as it had seemed, and was healing quite nicely. Hopefully it would not be long until he could resume being his normal, strong, cruel self.
