She was and independent wolf, she loved her freedom and owing someone something didn't feel right at all. It would take time to get over this, especially since she had no chances of helping these wolves from afar. She knew for sure that she wasn't leaving the plateau anytime soon either.

Are the sick back on their feet?" she asked, thinking of Finley and Junior, who had been very injured at the time. "When are the kids due?" she asked Blue Willow, regarding her "swollen" sides with a curious gaze.
