[size=small]Out of all virtues that could bless a soul 'mercy' was the least expected one to inhabit Cara's heart. But as it was usual in the Teekon Wilds, and more specifically the Spine, one should already know to expect the unexpected. A mere week after Cara's scandalous engagement, a routinary patrol by her borders had taken an abrupt turn -- whether it had been for better or worse remained yet to be seen.

As the proud yearling prowled the edges of her territory the faint smell of blood had made her raise her tail in alarm. The source, an injured she-wolf of immaculate white, had led her away from her duties and onto an unknown path inside of herself.
The path of mercy.
In an astonishing twist of events, the injured woman had managed to somehow convince the female of not only offering her help but comradeship, thus letting her into the ranks without much problem.

Despite her strict selectiveness, there had been something about the injured female that had made Cara's stony heart move. A buried memory of another blue eyed, pearly wolf with a resembling interest in herbs.
Now, however, it was not her heart which moved.
With her paws tearing over the freshly fallen layer of snow the pale yearling scanned the area, her nose following one trail alone.
